Prasad has been involved in the building industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Jim’s, Prasad managed his own construction company, which involved the constructing of new/renovating residential homes. Prasad has also worked on commercial projects such as cafes, childcare centres and shop fit-outs with experience in project management and quantity surveying.  Currently Prasad is in the process of completing his National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and is a licensed building practitioner (LBP).

Prasad is extremely hard working and passionate about his work. He has great customer service skills of which he developed throughout his twenty-five years in the industry. Prasad will ensure all inspections are carried out in an orderly manner, and paying close attention to detail.

Prasad’s goal is to empower and educate customers so that they can have a better understanding of relevant building terms & safety concerns when purchasing property.

When he’s not working, Prasad enjoys travelling and exploring nature with his family.
